One Physical Effect, Two Products by Orientation Alone

Nanoparticles embedded in DiamonMatrix create an electron vortex as current flows through them, concentrating a cold zone on one side of each particle purely as a consequence of how the electrons are moving, nothing mechanical, no refrigerant circulating. Face that cold zone outward and the material becomes a solid-state refrigerator, sustaining cooling to 250 Kelvin from ambient at zero power beyond the driving current.
