The Recirculation Principle

Since Tsiolkovsky derived his rocket equation in 1903, every propulsion engineer has worked inside the same constraint: all propellant is discarded permanently. Every advance in the last 123 years -- chemical rockets, ion drives, VASIMR -- optimized within that constraint. Nobody escaped it.

Blood Moon Dynamics was founded on a single question: what if you did not throw it all away? The answer is the Magnetothermal Recirculation System -- a semi-closed plasma propulsion architecture that recaptures a fraction of its exhaust magnetically and reuses it in the next cycle.

The same Recirculation Principle that produces the recapture halo in propulsion applies to data center cooling, submarine stealth, directed energy defence, and every other application in the portfolio. It is not a feature. It is the architecture.

Luis Andre Reyes is the founder, CEO, and sole inventor of Blood Moon Dynamics Inc. A first principles thinker and systems inventor, Luis identified the fundamental constraint that has limited every propulsion system ever built -- the permanent discard of working fluid -- and engineered a solution that has never existed in 123 years of propulsion history.

The result is the Magnetothermal Recirculation System -- the first semi-closed plasma propulsion architecture ever designed. Nine independently licensable inventions. 224 identified applications across more than 20 sectors -- and growing. No prior art on any core claim anywhere in the world.

Blood Moon Dynamics is built on a platform IP licensing model applied to foundational technology -- the same architecture used by Qualcomm and ARM. Nine inventions means nine independently enforceable patents. A design-around of one invention still requires a license for the other eight. All improvements and derivatives flow back to Blood Moon Dynamics under the PIIA.

No Prior Art

The semi-closed plasma recapture architecture has never been patented anywhere in the world. Blood Moon Dynamics owns the concept and every derivative built on top of it. No blocking prior art confirmed on any of the five independent novel claim families.

Nine Toll Booths

Each of the nine inventions is independently licensable and independently defensible. A competitor who builds a better MHD generator still needs the MRS architecture it connects to. Every layer of the stack points back to the same foundational patent.
